This Privacy Notice for California Residents <\/strong>supplements the information contained in the Privacy Statement of PGP Escrow (\u201cPGP\u201d) and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (\u201cconsumers\u201d or \u201cyou\u201d). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and any defined terms in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.<\/p>

Note: The majority (if not all) of the information collected about you by PGP Escrow will fall into the exclusion for sector-specific privacy laws (specifically GLBA and HIPAA). To the extent PGP Escrow collects information about you which is not subject to exception or exclusion under the CCPA, the following Privacy Notice applies.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably by linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device (\u201cpersonal information<\/strong>\u201d). In particular, we have collected the following categories of personal information from consumers within the last twelve (12) months:<\/p>

      • Personal information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) or the California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA) and the Drivers Privacy Protection Act of 1994<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
